Stylistic Mistakes

Attention!

You have the perfect make-up, your hair looks great, you put on your best looking clothes but you always have to look out for those little details that can ruin your look! The right ladies clothes can be great, however the wrong ladies clothes can prove catastrophic. Which are the stylistic mistakes you should always be aware of and which are the most common for women throughout the world?

The first and greatest mistake is to wear clothes that are not exactly you size. If you have gained a few extra pounds avoid wearing a pair of trousers which would seem tight on you and would ruin your silhouette. On the other hand if you have lost a few pounds, always make sure to resize your most beloved pieces.

Be careful of baggy clothes, unless if you are truly overweight. Baggy clothes can make you look like you have extra pounds, even when you don’t have any.

Tight clothes can always flatter a body without flaws. Don’t buy clothes with the expectation to lose weight in the future. If a piece you try on doesn’t fit you the way it should there is always an easy solution, simply don’t buy it.

Be careful of clothes that wrinkle easily and iron you clothes before you go out. A wrinkled shirt never flatters you, so if you don’t have enough time to iron, prefer fabrics that don’t wrinkle easily.

Avoid any kind of exaggeration. Don’t try to wear every fashionable piece you own at once. You won’t look modern, you would look silly.

Don’t mix and match winter with summer clothes at once. For example, don’t mix a wool winter skirt with a thin summer t-shirt. This way you will give your appearance a contrasting tone that wouldn’t look right.

Careful of your underwear lines that are visible through the clothes you are wearing. Prefer underwear that are exactly your size, neither too large nor to small in order to avoid them being visible through your clothes. If your underwear is the right size but is still visible, then this probably means that your clothes are a bit tighter than they should be.

Be careful of your bra straps. Unless they are see-through (made of silicone) don’t allow them to stand out of tight tops.

Avoid overdoing it with white clothes, unless your body allows it. White always tends to give your body a little more mass and doesn’t hide any imperfections you might have. Also avoid overly bright colored pull-ons.

With all the stores that sell cheap clothing, the options, sales, and promotions are more than anyone can ask for, but it’s confusing for me. I’ve already joined several retailers’ mailing lists.

I’m really getting into the style of indie clothing and hipster ones, too. My friends started wearing it and I don’t want to be excluded. I want a vintage-inspired selection that is of course affordable.

I have no imagination when it comes to juniors clothing stores. It’s always the same time to shop, the same store, and the same brands. Or maybe the store has no imagination. I just need to get online more.

I’m getting ready to shop for maternity clothes, which I’m actually looking forward to for some reason. I don’t really like the selection at Macy’s, but I’m ready to drive around for a while.

My brother used to own a store for vintage clothing way back when and it’s still going strong even though it’s really small. I frequently look for classic styles that also enhance my figure.

I look for all my clothing catalogs online now. There’s no point in waiting for one to come in the mail. Plus, I’m impatient and I like variety when I shop.
