International Ladies Clothes

International Ladies Clothes

Nowadays, ladies clothing is not just about dressing up to look good; it reflects the confidence and attitude of the woman wearing it. Ladies clothes speak volumes about the personality of the lady apart from making her look smart and stylish.

Ladies clothes differ depending on the country you live in. While the Korean women may dress up in beautiful Hanbok, Indians would like to drape themselves in gorgeous saris. The choice of which ladies clothes to wear may vary within a country itself, from one region to another. For example in Northern India women like to dress up in Salwar suits where as in the South the preferred attire is the sari.

One thing that remains constant however is the kind of ladies clothes that are worn in different seasons. Like vegetable and fruits, which are available according to the season, so is the case with ladies clothes. Choosing the ladies clothes that you wear in different seasons helps keep the weather related problems at bay.

In summer, it is time for ladies clothes made from natural fabric like cotton or jute. Ladies all over the world bring out their cottons, whether it is cotton saris in India or cotton shirts and skirts in the US and Europe. White seems to dominate the ladies clothes world as the most pleasing color but so are other light pastel shades with small floral prints. Loose clothes, short dresses sleeveless tops, etc are the flavor of the season. Overdressing like jackets, scarves etc are the kind of ladies clothes to be avoided.

Winter is the time when women flaunt those jackets and fur coats which were tucked away in boxes. Women all over the world dress up in bright colors with matching stoles and jackets. Other woolens like sweaters, cardigans and woolen jackets are must haves in this season.

Dressing up for occasions is very important for any woman not just to look good but also to be able to be a part of the crowd and show that she has it all. Weddings and festivals are family affairs and women mostly like to dress up in the traditional ladies clothes, like a kimono in Japan, a gown in western countries, a sari or lehanga in India. Other occasions, like parties, are rather informal and the ladies clothes are picked depending on the season, venue, reason for the party etc.

Accessories have also become an important part of ladies clothes today. Sports matching jewelry, like bracelets, necklaces, clips are not a necessity – they are fashion statements. Watches are no longer a device to see the time and purses are not just to keep money they are a part of women’s clothing.

Sometimes it feels like ladies clothes have become more of a status symbol than an extension of your self. Wearing expensive labels and brands to show others down and flaunt your wealth has made the person inside those labels disappear. Oh well, as long as we look good ourselves, we don’t need to worry about others!

Trust me girls,
